Cafe Racer Tour – 9th Edition

On January 15, 2015 was held the 9th edition of the Cafe Racer Tour organized by our ambassador Tendance Roadster, in Levallois Perret (near Paris, France). A very nice and large biker gathering that ended in style with a live concert and two Royal Enfields to win.
Thursday, January 15, 1800hrs. Motorcycles begin to arrive at Tendance Roadster, near Paris, for the few brave who dared to join despite the rain. Once the motorcycle is parked, one can take shelter inside, admire the latest customs of the dealership and warm up with hot coffee, served by the Iron Bikers team. This event, organized for the 9th time by Tendance Roadster, is a pure pleasure: beautiful motorcycles, bikers, and music. In addition, for this edition, Chevignon was an official partner and there were two Royal Enfields to win!
Around 1830hrs, motorcycles are everywhere and we must be really lucky because the rain stopped. We go out to admire the bikes, we discuss, we take pictures … and this is also a great opportunity to meet some friends and people we know well, such as Claire and Aurelie who were on the Spice Route tour with us in South India for New Years. 

Our exchange travel memories, small anecdotes, and at 1915hrs, William launches the great start towards Les Petites Gouttes (literally “The Small Drops”), a bar in the 18th “arrondissement”. About fifty bikes rush into the streets of the capital, with roaring engines and breathtaking looks. A real wild bunch!

Around 2000hrs, everyone reaches the bar, which has the advantage of having a large parking lot. Convenient to park and watch the bikes again. There’s a bit of everything: Norton, Guzzi, Harley, Triumph, Honda, Ducati, Kawasaki… and of course, Royal Enfield.

Inside, the evening continues late into the night with beers, a concert, a tattoo workshop, a photo shoot and a draw to find out who the lucky winners are. A big thank you to Tendance Roadster for this beautiful edition… until next time!
