I launched Vintage Rides to share my passion for the Royal Enfield and travelling. When I arrived in India aged 19, I toured the country on a motorbike and I simply had to carry on the adventure...
Riding a legendary motorcycle and listen to the engine and its vibrations. Drive with the wind in your face on winding roads amid the high peaks of Ladakh and Nepal, or on the Mongolian steppe at the heart of nomadic life, or in India, Sri Lanka and Bhutan. Ruggedly charming, the Royal Enfield will let you explore Asia differently at an easy cruising tempo - for a real taste of adventure!
Setting off to meet peoples from distant lands, and feeling the biker spirit in a tight-knit group - that's the magical mix for an unforgettable motorbiking experience. The Royal Enfield is a local bike that arouses inhabitants' curiosity - it can weave its way anywhere, and the throb of its engine raises eyebrows. It's a steed that makes you feel at home and offers authentic moments, thanks to specially devised itineraries away from the mainstream.
We stage many events in France and abroad to sustain a community of riders, meet new bikers interested in travel, and catch up with our Vintage Rider friends over a drink. We also take part in two-wheeler events to share our passion for the Royal Enfield and travelling! Cine-aperitifs, warm-up aperitifs - it's always the right time to join in and raise a glass!
Meet the team – in Europe India, Sri Lanka, and Mongolia too. Before, during and after your tour, we’re on hand to make sure your motorbiking experience is the greatest possible success.

Originally manufactured in Great Britain, the Bullet 350cc was used on the battlefields of World War Two. In 1956, production of the Royal Enfield resumed in Madras, in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu. This character-charged motorcycle has now become an icon of India, and the single-cylinder model’s raucous sound echoes right around the country. Today, Royal Enfield has expanded its line and offers different models to riders around the world, including the Himalayan, a versatile single-cylinder trail.
To ensure you travel on a bike in top condition, Vintage Rides has its own garage and fleet of Royal Enfields at its premises in Delhi – a hive of passionate professionals who pamper the bikes heading off on tour. A team of six mechanics, most of whom have prior experience in official Royal Enfield bike garages, work in a cheerful atmosphere. In Mongolia, Himalayans have recently replaced our original fleet with the idea of letting you discover the region differently. Whatever the region, our garages are true magnets for fans of retro mechanics and customisation.
